About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel structures. If you’re passionate about structural integrity, precision, and engineering innovation, this is your opportunity to work on high-impact industrial and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Design and analyze PEB steel structures including primary and secondary framing systems
Perform structural calculations and load analysis using tools like STAAD.Pro, Tekla, SAP2000
Ensure compliance with IS 800, AISC, Eurocodes, and other relevant design standards
Prepare detailed design reports, structural drawings, and material take-offs
Collaborate with architects, site engineers, and internal teams to ensure design feasibility and integration
Provide technical assistance during fabrication and erection stages
Conduct peer reviews and quality checks to ensure design accuracy and compliance
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.E./M.E. in Civil or Structural Engineering
3–6 years of relevant experience in PEB and steel structure design
Proficient in STAAD.Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, and related structural software
Strong understanding of steel design codes (IS, AISC, Eurocodes)
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination abilities
Preferred Experience
Work experience with industrial infrastructure, EPC, or PEB companies
Familiarity with fabrication and erection workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Read and interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation
Conduct quality checks and maintain site documentation
Coordinate with design and planning teams for seamless project delivery
Estimate project costs and manage resources efficiently
Ensure safety compliance and regulatory standards on-site
Requirements:
B.E. in Mechanical/Civil Engineering
2–5 years’ experience in the PEB sector
