We are looking for a highly skilled Purchase/Dispatch Officer to join Trilok Infracon Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in sourcing, vendor coordination, cost negotiation, and the procurement of PEB/construction materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B sales and meet revenue targets

  • Identify and convert potential clients across Pan India

  • Build and manage relationships with contractors, industrial buyers, and infrastructure firms

  • Handle the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise site execution, fabrication, and erection activities

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate implementation

  • Conduct quality checks and maintain site documentation

  • Coordinate with design and planning teams for seamless project delivery

  • Estimate project costs and manage resources efficiently

  • Ensure safety compliance and regulatory standards on-site

Requirements:

  • B.E. in Mechanical/Civil Engineering

  • 2–5 years’ experience in the PEB sector

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Back Office Executive (Accounts) with 1–2 years of experience in accounting. The candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles and hands-on knowledge of Tally ERP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily administrative tasks and accounting entries in Tally
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documents
• Maintain accurate records of expenses, receipts, and financial transactions
• Support bank reconciliation and cash handling activities
• Coordinate with Head Office, Site Office, Factory, and auditors to provide required documentation
• Generate reports and assist the senior accounts team as needed

Requirements : 

• B.Com graduate (M.Com or additional certification in accounts will be an added advantage)
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Strong numerical ability with attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Immediate joiner preferred
