Location: Assam, Kolkata, Odisha
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of sales experience specifically in Pre Engineered Building field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a specific geographic area or territory.
Job Description:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities within a specified geographic region. This role involves managing a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and ensuring the achievement of regional sales targets. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with senior management to align regional sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Business, Marketing, or related field.
● Experience: Minimum of 7 years of sales experience specifically in Pre Engineered Building field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a specific geographic area or territory.
● Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
