  • Finalization of accounts and financial statements

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Structural Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) steel structures. If you’re passionate about structural integrity, precision, and engineering innovation, this is your opportunity to work on high-impact industrial and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze PEB steel structures including primary and secondary framing systems

  • Perform structural calculations and load analysis using tools like STAAD.Pro, Tekla, SAP2000

  • Ensure compliance with IS 800, AISC, Eurocodes, and other relevant design standards

  • Prepare detailed design reports, structural drawings, and material take-offs

  • Collaborate with architects, site engineers, and internal teams to ensure design feasibility and integration

  • Provide technical assistance during fabrication and erection stages

  • Conduct peer reviews and quality checks to ensure design accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • B.E./M.E. in Civil or Structural Engineering

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in PEB and steel structure design

  • Proficient in STAAD.Pro, Tekla, AutoCAD, and related structural software

  • Strong understanding of steel design codes (IS, AISC, Eurocodes)

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination abilities

Preferred Experience

  • Work experience with industrial infrastructure, EPC, or PEB companies

  • Familiarity with fabrication and erection workflows

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B sales and meet revenue targets

  • Identify and convert potential clients across Northern India

  • Build and manage relationships with contractors, industrial buyers, and infrastructure firms

  • Handle the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure

  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities
