Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation Degree, Diploma, ITI, or a Bachelor's in Business, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the PEB industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Job Summary: The Sales Executive will drive new business growth, deliver persuasive presentations, and successfully close deals while maintaining strong client relationships. You will collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet/exceed sales targets.
- Manage, mentor, and support a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and update on market trends and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to align sales efforts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Address and resolve customer issues professionally.
Work Environment:
- Field-based role with regular travel.
- Requires flexibility for working at customer sites, offices, and remotely.
